Product Marketing Intern – Strategist

Role Overview:

As a Product Marketing Intern and Strategist, you will gain hands-on experience in product marketing and data analysis, working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer demand, and product adoption across target markets.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, ensuring a high standard of service and support.

• Provide in-depth product knowledge, tailored design recommendations, and practical solutions to meet customer needs.

• Continuously analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for strategic growth.

• Conduct comprehensive research to understand the preferences, pain points, and behaviors of current and prospective customers.

• Evaluate product performance and market feedback to inform data-driven decisions on product positioning, messaging, and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in utilizing modern AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, or creative workflows.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A genuine curiosity for the tech industry and a desire to contribute

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a big plus
